CorelDRAW users who wish coordinate color from their X4 or older version files in CorelDRAW X 5 thru X8 by utilizing color profiles that shipped with versions of CorelDRAW previous to X5 can do so by clicking the link Older Color Profiles below.
Due to programming in X4 and older versions CorelDRAW internally would not display these profiles with the same name as Windows Explorer, making locating and loading these ICC profiles a difficult task. I have renamed the files so that Windows Explorer, CorelDRAW X5-X8 will internally display the ICC profiles with the same name, improving the user experience. Test images such as seen here can only display properly when viewed with the proper color profile.
I have also included another download, it includes two custom color palettes for X5 through X8, one is a CutContour for the cut path in the Roland VersaWorks RIP and the other is a Grayscale pallette in 5% increments from white (255) to black (0). This is calibrated as closely as possible to replicate 5% shades of K of the CMYK color model. Using this palette for all your black shades in a non-postscript work flow resolves the issue with 100% black printing as a shade of black instead of solid black.
